Jump on Stuff! Push, pull and get your heart pumping!

In my gym this week, we have been doing lots of box jumps.




For my birthday, my lovely, clever husband made me two boxes.  They are very versatile as they can be put at 20 inches, 24 inches and 30 inches.


So far my clients have all managed the 20 inch side.


Try this little workout to get you warmed up, hot, sweaty and out of breath!

1 minute of box jumps
1 minute of skipping
1 minute of press ups
1 minute of chin ups

No rest between each exercise and count how many of each you do so you can improve next time.
